Honoring HARMAN’s overarching event goal to engage attendees from all over the world, The New Orleans Marriott effectively morphed into an experiential environment for the international teams to network, connect, and build long-term working relationships. Best Venues created a balanced mix of activities and immersive experiences promoting positive employee engagement and providing a steady level of interesting, collaborative content focused on HARMAN’s corporate messaging.
Impact
Flawlessly paired with event technology, the guest experience was maximized– including team interaction with variety of games; live polling during presentations; the creation of a mobile app focused on event engagement with attendee connection capabilities; and a seamless registration and check-in process.
