A couple's wedding is one of the most important days of their lives, but wedding planning can be overwhelming. Best Venues Wedding Planners had the privilege of helping a beautiful couple, Anastasia and Serge plan their dream fairytale wedding. Our couple wanted a dramatic and glamorous affair, that's why we selected Lotte New York Palace as the wedding venue.
We transformed the already elegant Villard Ballroom with help from some of our favorite vendors. Our team literally rolled out the red carpet for the guests and the black and gold decor perfectly fit the theme. We also added some magenta for a chic pop of color!

The bride chose a princess style gown with gorgeous lace detailing, a sweetheart neckline, and cap sleeves. She's completely ready to walk down the aisle to meet her Prince Charming.
One of our most popular vendors is Cirque Central and with good reason. A vividly dressed lady in red greeted Anastasia and Serge's guests on the red carpet. And then we added a champagne aerialist as an elegant addition that their guests will never forget. When was the last time you had a glass of bubbly poured for you by an aerialist?
To get the guests on the dance floor, we had the skilled TFI Fusion play the reception. The amazing 7 piece band really got everyone out of their seats and onto their feet. 
The floral arrangements were the perfect opportunity to add a pop of color, these lush arrangements were made by the very talented Eva Madeleina from Towers of Flowers. Starting with white flowers as a base, Eva added magenta blooms to these arrangements.
For a royal fairy tale wedding like this, no white sheet cake would do. That's why we commissioned the skilled Ron Ben Israel to create this magnificent multi-tiered creation. The gold detailing is simply royal. This cake is fit for a king and queen.
A couple's first dance is a moment they'll remember for the rest of their lives. To make it even more memorable our team added a smoke machine, it was the perfect dramatic touch.
Last but not least, we wanted the night to end with a bang. Enter the Pure Samba dancers! They never fail to liven the party up. With their colorful costumes and entertaining routines, Pure Samba is always a hit with couples.
