Patricia D. Klingenstein Library
Neoclassical architecture and soaring 50-foot ceilings make the Patricia D. Klingenstein Library a stunning setting for your special occasion. Magnificent stained glass windows, gifted to the New-York Historical in 1908, create a dramatic backdrop for luncheons, receptions, dinners, performances, and presentations. Dexter Hall is the largest of their galleries and home to rotating exhibitions. Whether attending a dinner party, sipping cocktails and socializing, or listening to a talk, guests enjoy private access to our ground-breaking shows. When rented in conjunction with the Patricia D. Gallery of Tiffany Lamps
Located on the fourth floor of New-York Historical Society, a floor dedicated to the Center for Women’s History, the Gallery of Tiffany Lamps is an interactive display of 100 stunning Tiffany lamps, all part of N-YHS’ collection. This one of a kind setting, revealed in 2017, showcases a unique juxtaposition of antique and modern and makes for a gorgeous location for a standing reception. In combination with other gallery spaces, the fourth floor can hold up to 600 guests for a standing reception. Max Standing: 300
Robert H. Smith Family Skylight Gallery
