The Penthouse 1 level is made up of their Park Lounge, Main Bar & Red Room. These spaces offer a beautiful enclosed rooftop ambiance located on the 19th level of the hotel. It features (3) full service bars, a large terrace with beautiful NYC views as well as lounge style furniture.
Ballroom - size: 3,000 ft2
The 3,000 square foot ballroom offers floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of Park Avenue South with a neutral palate that becomes your blank canvas. This versatile space is divisible by two with separate entrances, private pre-function areas, and an intimate patio for open-air catering. The ballroom is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual systems, and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet.
The Drift - size: 2,785 ft2
The Drift is located on the upper level of their penthouse level 2. This space is a completely outdoor space located on the top floor of the hotel featuring great city views, a full service bar and lounge furniture. We would have an inclement weather backup option on reserve, and will confirm the space 48 hours prior to your event. Maximum standing capacity is 150.
Ivy Lounge - size: 1,062 ft2
The Ivy Lounge is located on the top floor (20th level) of Royalton Park Avenue. The Ivy Lounge is a beautiful newly renovated enclosed rooftop space featuring existing banquette seating, built in bar, and a 400 square foot terrace overlooking Park Avenue South.
Pool Bar - size: 1,727 ft2
The Pool Bar is their premiere event space located on the Penthouse 2 level (20th level) of the hotel. The space is completely enclosed accompanied by floor to ceiling windows, a wraparound terrace and beautiful NYC views.
