Cure is a life sciences innovation campus on Park Avenue South in the heart of New York City. The building is situated in New York’s entrepreneurial “Silicon Alley,” providing state-of-the-art technology and amenities, including wet labs, dry labs, workplace zones, a multi-purpose Rooftop Terrace space, and an educational facility. The vision, program, design, and implementation of this project demonstrate a new model for how companies in the health and life sciences sector can innovate together to break down barriers in a reimagined building. Event Spaces
Executive Conference Center
Their Executive Conference Center is on the 12th floor of Cure and the perfect venue for breakout spaces and corporate meetings. Guests have the option to remove the airwalls to make one large space to accommodate 150 in a theatre style setting, with drop down projection screens and blackout shades.
This floor has 5 conference rooms that can fit up to 6, 8, 10, 14 or 28 guests for meetings. Each conference room has virtual meeting capabilities, projection screens, and come “presentation ready
Education and Conference Center
Their Education Center is on the 2nd Floor and is the largest and most customizable event space. It’s considered a true raw space with state-of-the-art AV capabilities. Within the Education Center, guests have the option to utilize the open layout to maximize guest count or implement airwalls to create 5 separate classrooms which can accommodate 12 to 60 people per room. This venue is perfect for multipurpose meetings, classrooms, breakouts, and large-scale events up to 300-350 people
Rooftop Terrace
Their Rooftop Terrace rests at the top floor of Cure. It is considered the most premiere space, outfitted with surrounding glass walls that showcase panoramic views of the NYC skyline, as well as a wraparound, outdoor area. Guests have the option to open the glass walls and step out onto the terrace, blending the function space with the outside terrace. This floor is perfect for conferences and social engagements such as cocktail hours, lunches and sit-down dinners.
